The uniform as a whole takes inspiration from that worn by the Continental Army, but with a more modern approach. So of course it looks a bit militaristic.
I think the uniform as a whole looks good. The mask is a necessity of the times, serves its purpose, and I've yet to hear you actually suggest an alternative to it. All you've done is throw out critique without any substance.
