Fabric types: should I machine or hand appliqué my pieces quilt top onto the background fabric? I was going to do it by hand, but I think it will be more difficult to keep it correctly positioned, and be more likely to wrinkle (and crease), if I have it piled up on my lap thank if I have it on the table and get it done quicker.
I think I’m going to spray starch the background. I don’t really want to have interfacing in there.
