This is true. Fuentes was always shy about white nationalism. He used invective against wignats as a way of driving out working class whites who were more racial than religious. Since late 2021, Fuentes has leaned into the perspective that you can be fascistic without being a white nationalist. He's got a real problem with whites outside the cities - rural whites.
