So now it’s a #cooking day. Hydrated chickpeas, made hummus, got yogurt on the go, will make tortillas, crackers, and soup, as the day progresses.
At some point today or tomorrow, I’ll make Lebanese spiced beef and pine nuts.
I’ll be freezing a lot of what I’m cooking.
The soup will be something I’m trying for reducing food waste. I always use just the tomatoes from canned tomatoes in my salsa. I’m using the leftover juice for a Middle Eastern-style chickpea/tomato soup.
