Who else really wants to see the day when Microsoft releases Windows 3.1 under the same MIT license as they're using for DOS, so it can become just a default part of FreeDOS?
I would point out that Windows 3.1 in 386 enhanced mode can preemptively multitask DOS programs. Imagine a version of Windows 3.1 that the open source community had gone through and improved? More stable, able to handle more memory and more running applications.
