Scary. Is it realistic for people to do these kind of checks themselves? I would assume there should be some government regulatory body to monitor industry standards to be met by those companies. We all do our vehicle inspections, passenger transport companies should even be held under higher scrutiny. This case seems like corruption or negligence.
