My plan is to find out the height of the latest version and then use air drying clay to build a volcano on the base to bring it up to the right height. (And then cover the volcano in Citadel Skulls).
Not sure how I’m going to paint it yet. Might look at Imperial Fist Contrast to start it with a bold yellow and then drybrush up through orange and red then pick up dots of black on the edges.
