Finished Onyx Storm and I strongly suspect this series gonna become a dark romance. Even though I am gutted at this ending, 2 more books to go! I can't wait for the Graphic Audio version of this because Teddy H just isn't doing it for me as Xaden. Nope. Gabriel Michael will always be my Xaden! Others will like the dark aspect of this, but I really am not liking the everyone giving into their darker sides because there was no other options. I'm kinda disillusioned with morally grey characters in fiction. Yeah, we get it, nobody is good or all bad. We get it, but readers love darker stuff so, fine, I guess? It feels kind of contrived to me to have good characters to turn dark and or evil because the author needs conflict.
