Well, we are in early stages for this idea... But if you wanted to stop using the service only disconnecting for the relay or stopping it if you're the operator is enough.
The private keys are managed by the relay operator and are derived by a secret string when running the relay (used only when fetching new feed entries and create events for them). I personally don't have direct access to them and do not use them (but a bad actor relay operator could do it).
And yes, you could put like a RSS "firehose" to publish from multiple sources and I don't think this is a bad idea... It depends on how do you want to use it. You only follow what you want 🫂
