I would expect to see some blood and little wounds if another had turned on her.

You put a diluted amount of ivermectin in water and bathe them in it. Takes care of any mites or other nasties that might be causing her irritation and cause her to pull out her feathers.

It can also be put in water for them to drink but I've never given it to bird internally only myself and foxes.
