in greenville we don't have homeless issues because the police basically drags any homeless people off the main city drags unless you're demonstrably harmless. last time I saw it happen, they literally just stopped a cop car in the main road temporarily, hopped out, grabbed a homeless guy and drove away in like 30 seconds, straight up heisted a guy lmfao
