Looking back over my 40 years of digital communications, I think it’s fair to say that I’ve experienced most of the major developments, from Compuserve, The Source, The Well, Wildcat, AOL, Myspace, Facebook, Metafilter, Forums, and Twitter. I’ve have interesting exchanges on all of them.
