Food adventures continue!

Argentina represented by choripán! Choripán is a portmanteau of chorizo and pan (bread in Spanish). I did not make the sausage, they are store bought from Quebec. But I made the mini baguettes (the rest of the bread is cooling on the racks at the top of the frame), the chimichurri sauce with fresh oregano from my garden, and the caramelized onions. Delicious!

Next stop: Armenia!
