It's legitimately bleak AF that believing things like "we should oppose genocide", "end Apartheid", "preserve a livable future for our descendants", or "avoid spreading a disabling disease unchecked" make you a Radical in today's society.

Those should all be basic decent human starting points.

But here we are.

I keep thinking of Ionesco's "Rhinoceros" play, an allegory of fascism where gradually a whole town turns into rhinos. 🦏

Not very cool.
But hang in there.
Resist.
Don't be a rhino.
