Update before ROCKSTAR (npub1j8y…vrvg) releases 0.17.3 later tonight

Fun day today with LND 0.17.2-beta released some 45 mins ago.

We're going to this version in btcpayserver (npub155m…dcvg) to prevent startup problems in some cases LNBϟG (npub1ngu…e3pv) uncovered.

Same drill as this morning:
