Shalltear's creator Peroronchino was a Man of Culture and a Lolicon, and Shalltear was basically meant to be his dream girl, which included dat DFC. However, the artist he asked to do the artwork for her decided to Moralfag, and made her kinda buxom despite explicit instructions to the contrary.
