npub198t8kgwqas59rvmnghzcdn6krzhxhpkyt2mt53e4g9sdnj74sszss5hasj (npub198t…hasj) the courier choice is an interesting one to me. I used to have multiple choices for delivery in my store, including a generic post service (cough Royal Mail). The post service resulted in more delivery failures or time spent chasing deliveries and why they hadn't been completed than successes. And to be clear it was rarely Royal Mail that was failing, but the country of destination's mail service. So I dropped the choice and whilst it is more expensive to the customer, that is also subsidised by the business, I have never had a failed delivery from them, yet. But I have also had things like next day delivery of items from the UK to the US without any type of priority service being selected, which provides great customer feedback.

The reason for noting the above is, how do you essentially say to customers that you don't provide delivery options because other options are shit or untrustworthy, when options are seen as a good service?
