Political economy has to be a fallacy. The rulers deciding how each individual interacts/trades seems to be an illusion. The homeless problem is people opting out of the illusion. Bitcoin is another way of opting out.
I also was unable to finish this podcast as Mr Brock seems to have forgotten about Bitcoin and what it will bring to help the rulers follow the rules that cannot be changed or manipulated.
