You can buy a house but you're way overpaying for it in bitcoin terms. That said we overpay for everything in bitcoin terms today. Seems like a better choice to rent something overpriced until it's cheaper rather than overpaying for it now?
Ask them if then new 100% that the price of the house was going to come down every year, would they want to buy it now or later?
