#KingdomCome2 death screen that randomly appears if you forget to complete a quest... a week later in game, with no prior warning.
This caused me to deep sigh, lol.
Eventually got past it by reloading a save an hour earlier, and completed the quest by killing a town official as there were no other options, stealing his key, and freeing somebody from the stocks, which stopped the chain of events leading to the completely unexpected game over screen.
