It’s been an interesting last year. Been in Cambodia since 2022 this time. Met my wife a year ago. Then somehow I managed to lose some amount of weight. I don’t diet or eat anything special. I cut out the beer just about all the time. Eat lots of good fruit here. Walk every day about 8 to 9k steps. Do yoga. I am not sure about how much. Here’s 2022 in the big city. Never liked it there too much but I was glad to get back.
