All but the last were unpleasant, but extremely therapeutic. Every one of them helped me face traumas I had repressed: shame for the sins ancestors as well as friends and family who so disappointed me in 2020, grief over the destruction of nature in the places I loved, dismay over the ugliness of humanity. I found a way to become spiritual again. I actually don't think I need them anymore.
