well unfortunately the current regime in moscow has embraced their former rapist and is perfectly happy to distort the historical record as it suits them. it's difficult to root for the putin faction because every positive step they make against atlanticist geopolitics is accompanied by a backward step in terms of historical truth, side-dealings with world jewry, etc.
