Figure I'll take a quick break from writing #blog posts/code ActivityPub/Nostr/AT before it starts to feel like work, so here's a post about making pickles and sourkrout instead.

Even the most rewarding, real fermented pickles and sourkrout is actually pretty easy, and refrigerator pickles are hardly more than pouring water/vinegar over vegtables and putting them in the fridge.
