Nothing gets me back interested in 1st edition #ForgottenRealms like remembering that this version of the setting is meant to be based on 13th century Europe.

Not 17th century Europe like it looks in 2nd edition, or whatever the hell time period the WotC editions try to reference.

An honest to good medieval fantasy setting. There seems to be so little medieval stuff in fantasy the last 25 years.
