Crazy shocked that Larry Fink didn't tell his appointees to vote for it. Would have been 7% and allowed them to get back on the docket next year. Sorta sucks too because the voters are the same old Dbags from Blackrock, Vanguard, Fidelity, etc. on every board that matters.
