The acid flashback is implied by the metaphor of masking and protection linking the risk of investing in a Ponzi scheme with that of the risk of not masking outdoors. As the acid flashback is implied, I can add a more overt reference to Jane Austen's work when describing the (2,2) game theory strategy by saying that it would be the more sensible option when faced with investing in a Ponzi like the one at Olympus DAO, just as in the classic novels of Jane Austen, a sensible course of action is usually taken by all parties involved.
