Trump is a deep state asset. The first one was staged. I don’t know about the second one but it was probably a scripted event.
Trump being scared is probably the best answer if you believed that the deep state is really trying to assassinate him although not naming your aggressors isn’t the safest strategy to adopt especially if there had already been multiple attempts.
