Kaseya, in their stupid suckiness, doesn't have a way to cancel the subscription or disable auto-renewal in their portal. So I have to email my "account manager" to cancel and delete my account, and I get a salesbro response of "your renewal is April and renewal period starts 60 days before that" and won't do anything. Fine. One-time use credit card # created, update billing to use that # and then cancel the one-time use # ... Fuck you and the stupid billing system you rode in on.
