I'm curious how this could actually stand up since the truth is there wanting you to misgender them. Facts would have to be thrown out since you could give them a DNA test as well as pointing out atleast a dozen things off the top of your head why that is in fact a man or a woman. While all they could do is rage and seeth. I'm pretty sure I'd get contemp of court which would be true since the argument would be absolute rubish.
