Exact same for me. What I find that helps is to start doing one very specific task before even thinking about the next one.
I read something very interesting about this, where a coach told his client to do 5 push ups a day to lose weight, and because this was such a simple goal he did it, and eventually he started to personally raise his goal to 10, 20, etc. Despite the goal being so small the client pushed himself past that because it showed him he can do so much more.
I think when you look at it as this huge goal you must hit, it becomes a lot stressful, but as you start to break that goal down the fears start to fade.
