I absolutely fucking hate wsl, not because of what it is but because of what it's done to the search space for command line solutions on windows. Believe it or not, zsh exists on windows natively and works very well, but you'd never know that because typing "zsh windows" brings up a billion articles on wsl and absolutely nothing else.
