Schedule A, No. 23-cv-22997, were both filed yesterday in S.D. Fla. Doe is a citizen of China, but we know nothing about XYZ. As I read the allegations, they fall squarely within 35 U.S.C. § 299(b) and I don't see anything that says they've done anything outside of allegedly \"each infring[ing] the patent or patents in suit\" that would make joinder appropriate.",
