Almost everyone at some point in their life does something that they don't like and that doesn't fulfill them, and that's completely normal, if it's short-term.
That is why it is very important to have an exit strategy from the beginning, as soon as we see that it is not a place where we will stay in the long term.
In such situations, we should say this to ourselves daily:
Ok, because of the current situation I am doing this now, but I can and want much more in #life and this is just one of the steps on my way up.
Just because I want to change this job as soon as possible, I won't spend the #money I earn there on anything but the necessities of life, because otherwise I'm digging a hole for myself and I just have to do this job even longer.
This is CRUCIAL to understand, because many, because of job dissatisfaction, spend their hard earned money on short-term fixes and impulse purchases that make them happy for a while.
It's an even bigger problem if a job we don't like is well-paid, because then it's an excuse to stay at it longer, regardless of how it affects us mentally and spiritually.
The problem is if, due to #fear and #laziness, we stay in such jobs until #retirement (if we even get to retire).
If we spend most of our lives and our best years doing something we don't like, how can we be #healthy?
What can replace that for us, if we spend most of our waking hours doing something just because we have to?
An extremely important topic that needs to be talked about a lot, because so many people work long-term jobs that destroy their souls.
