Oregon tried to decriminalize drug possession but didn't put the other pieces in place to make that work. CA chases out reform minded elected officials for not succeeding when it didn't put the pieces in place to support reform. The police in NY are corrupt (Adams) and they pervert and stymie reform where they can. 5/",
