1) Create a growth-based economy where growth is entirely dependent on consumer spending.
2) Cause a recession to reduce consumer spending.
3) Don't pay workers enough to live on to reduce consumer spending.
4) Cut social security to reduce consumer spending.
5) Pump up rents to suck remaining income into landlords' pockets.
6) Do not, under any circumstances, tax wealth or assets.
7) Blame migrants.
