That last paragraph I think is the reality of it.
Plus the usual aspect of young men and experienced men having so many checking-out outlets and so little connection to their immediate community. (Your wife/daughter/sister/mother was raped/killed? No one near irl is your brother.)
I would assume it would have to be those men to whom this has happened getting in touch with one another--and many of these are often not the kind of men who had an inkling this could have happened and afterward would refuse to "succumb to racism. I'll be the person [something more akin to 'citizen' than 'man'] that my [deceased] would have wanted."
So even the men living with the result are likely to turn in other men that reach out to them.
Maybe this will change as things get worse, as White men are asked to accept more to even remain welcome in the system--and with lower rewards.
That is, if the tossed aside women will have had any male relations that cared about them. (I don't mean "were their biological springboard and made sure they went to school" nor "were fucking them.")
