Being good at one thing doesn't imply being good at everything else. Plenty of people do many really smart and many really dumb things, even in the same area.
Maybe someone will figure out good ways to make money trough Nostr and, surely, using Nostr doesn't necessarily make something which would otherwise be profitable unprofitable.

I do hope the reasons for using Nostr remain non-monetary. Freedom of speech should be enough of an incentive. Developing a relay is a kind of volunteering. Running a free and neutral public relay (the best kind of relay) is akin to donating to a non-profit cause.

I'm indeed, personally, not a fan of the advertising of economic incentives for using Nostr, including micro-donations.
