TL;DR: There was one confirmed hep A positive at Men's Central Jail and people who were there between May 13 and May 28 could have been exposed.
During that time, a tour group including the ACLU, a federal judge, county counsel, and the DOJ all visited.
The jail says they don't THINK those folks were exposed because they didn't go in the affected housing area.
