In my ongoing journey to be fully transparent with my mental health journey I just recently started going to a partial program. A special thank you to the people at DBSA Boston for being so vulnerable and sharing their experiences on partials. I've got to tell you the people and staff at my program are pretty awesome. I was terrified to go at first but I am very happy I did.
The more light we can bring to mental health care and awareness the faster we break the stigma.
