Amazon has an "item arrived too late" return reason (why I'm returning this is a story, but basically I ended up ordering 3 panels over 2 weeks which all ended up being late-likely-lost-no-wait-eventually-delivered).
What's odd is it triggers a default "replace with the exact same item" response. "Sure, your item was late, but want to make it even MORE late?"
