If you ever notice a lack of #Trump supporters on your timeline, it's not because we don't allow it on the mainstream #Fediverse, it's that most people who openly support Trump can't resist going on some sort of slur-laden racist / sexist / anti-democracy rant long enough to actually gain a following on here, so they get banned and then run back to Twitter or Gab or Poast to complain about how we are all liberal snowflakes or whatever.

We don't have an algorithm to boost inflammatory content here, we have users boost for themselves.
