Yes, I'd agree; but i think its also about identifying who they think is crucial to the economy - rich people, who we should antagonise by trying to get the to pay more tax, vs. benefits recipients who really don't contribute much & while we might like to be compassionate in the good times, right now we cannot afford to... its rubbish, but a rubbish pushed & pushed by the right wing press who Labour seem to be running scared of
