I am just terrified of deep frying. I have a wok which is the ideal receptical for this, but I just cant quite pluck up the want to do it.
Plus you have to clean and store the oil and stuff which seems a faff.
I kind of want to because onion rings and battered mushrooms, but I just cant quite make myself.
