Tomorrow is my 13th Week Sprainaversary, and I have some advice for you about spraining your ankle: don't. sprain. your. ankle.
I'm not limping anymore, so that's good. I'm still in pain but a lot less. I can do stairs again, and walk (shorter distances than I could before, but I'll get there). Still have random twinges and weakness. Graduated from weekly to bi-weekly physio. Riding my bike is alright but mostly because it's an e-bike. My physio said "You'll be in pain all summer," fair enough!
