i have this idea:
every hour or so i want to sync my home directory to an external drive. And also deploy a nixos with the same settings as my running system + some more drivers etc. to the same drive. In an emergency i could then boot from this external drive on another machine and can continue working. Has anybody done this before? Or do have to do this from scratch?
