Anecdotal, but my best friend and his siblings are some of the most robust young adults I know, physically and mentally. Completely unvaxxed since birth. They're definitely still alive and doing well, never had issues associated with it.
Bare minimum or none IMO, we were born with immune systems, thats just my opinion & I'm nowhere near a doctor, but this is what I'll be doing.
