Last night I definitely saw a fox near my property. This is a bit abnormal but there is a lot of development going on around town so I suspect they have rolled over her home and now she's caught wind of my chickens. Thankfully we have an lgd but I have 3 geese in their own pen with probably insufficient protection in place. I wish I could integrate them with the rest of the flock because they'd be safer and could play in the pond instead of kid pools, but they aren't very nice and I don't really want to pit them against my turkey or the dog.
