yeah that's fine, that's why i am making a framework for my projects as well to make the portablitiy part easire, i am very familiar with android, linux and wasm dev, so i have no problem targeting these with my c project, iOS and Mac is not a target as i do not have a macbook which makes it really hard to dev anything for that platform, doesn't matter what you use (flutter or other frameworks) if at some point i want to target the apple ecosystem i certainly could do that, and with my current setup it would not be too much work to add that portability.
I do know what i am talking about regarding app development, that's why i am sharing. I say portable, because it certainly is portable, you jsut need to know how. obviously if you are directly interacting with hardware you will end up using a specific driver / assembly or whatever
