5 hours remaining for my first ever 3-day-fast. Here is my fluffy friend giving some moral support.
I've only done an 18hour fast before so this has been quite a step up.
First 24 hours I had to work to avoid snacks.
Second 24 hours I didn't feel hungry, had good focus.
Third 19 hours to now, I'm starting to feel a bit weaker but no hunger.
On the whole not as bad an experience as I thought :-)
